The Pharmacy First sinusitis service is available for individuals aged 12 years and over. During your consultation, our pharmacist will assess your symptoms and determine if treatment is necessary. If you do not qualify for NHS-funded treatment, we may offer a private service or refer you to a suitable healthcare provider

What is Sinusitis?

Sinusitis occurs when the sinuses become inflamed, usually due to a viral or bacterial infection. While most cases resolve within a few weeks, some infections may require medication to reduce swelling and clear the infection.

Available Treatments for Sinusitis Through Pharmacy First

During your consultation at Chiswell Pharmacy & Weight Loss Clinic, our pharmacist will evaluate your condition. If eligible, you may be provided with one of the following treatments:

What If Pharmacy First Treatment Is Not Suitable?

If the pharmacist determines that treatment through Pharmacy First is not appropriate, they will:
